Shida Pegahi teaches all ages, from 4 years old through adults.
With her classical and modern dance background, Shida Pegahi has created specific warm-up exercises and has developed a much-needed formal technique for teaching Persian dance. The Pegahi technique applies equally well to both advanced dance students and beginners.
