"To western eyes, Ney Nava is a feast of color and costumes,
shining on stage as if the dancers, in the traditional chador and dresses of their native land, were straight out of a fairy tale."

- Amrica Salinas, LA OPINIÓN

Dancers Wanted! Ney Nava has both a traditional and contemporary Persian repertoire. We also create modern avant-garde choreography. The company tours and has paid performances with major cultural institutions (locally this includes the Getty, UCLA, Armand Hammer and others). Shida Pegahi, artistic director, currently teaches at Westside Academy of Dance and was former director of the dance program at Crossroads. Critic Lewis Segal of the L.A. Times has called Ney Nava's dances "gracious" and "adroitly choreographed." We are seeking dancers trained in ballet, modern, jazz or Middle Eastern styles.

Contact Ney Nava at (310) 287-1017.
