Shida Pegahi teaches all ages, from 4 years old through adults.

With her classical and modern dance background, Shida Pegahi has created specific warm-up exercises and has developed a much-needed formal technique for teaching Persian dance. The Pegahi technique applies equally well to both advanced dance students and beginners.

 

Classes for children frequently

combine both traditional Middle

Eastern and Persian movements

with jazz, hip-hop and balletic

styles. Private adult classes and

privates for kids are available

upon request.
